It follows members of the Wild Geese kickboxing club as some prepare to go out for their first fight, while others are there to defend their title. The book showcases these fighters as they prepare moments before going out in the ring, and the spectators who are there, ready to watch a fight. Months of training lead up to these sparse few minutes in the ring, focus, determination and grit get them through each round. All overlooked by Sifu Richie Carton, who is there guiding each fighter up to the moment they step through the ropes.
